Learning & Development
We are committed to nurturing and grooming our officers. We will work with you to identify your developmental needs to ensure that your career aspirations are aligned with the Ministry's objectives and goals.
You will be exposed to experiential learning and coaching on-the-job, as well as formal structured training and e-courses to acquire skills and knowledge to perform well in your role.
You will also be given opportunities to take on relevant projects or sign up for attachment programmes or job rotation/secondment opportunities to support your developmental needs within the Ministry, and/or with our statutory boards and other agencies within and outside of the Public Service.
Beacon Scholarship
The Beacon Scholarship is an umbrella talent development programme among agencies within the Ministry of Transport, comprising the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), the Land Transport Authority (LTA), the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and the Public Transport Council (PTC).
